1. About Our Products

Glassy Greens creates and supplies Terrarium, Geometric Terrarium, Paludarium, Vivarium, Planted Aquarium, Moss Wall, Preserved Moss and customized green installations.

Since our products contain natural plants, moss, stones, wood and other organic materials, each product may have slight variations in color, shape, size and appearance compared to website photographs.

These natural variations are not considered defects.

2. Product Images

We try our best to display product images accurately. However, actual product appearance may vary slightly depending on:

• Plant growth
• Natural materials
• Lighting
• Seasonal availability
• Screen/device display settings

3. Custom Orders

For customized Terrarium, Paludarium, Vivarium, Moss Wall or Corporate projects, the final design may be adjusted based on available plants, materials, container size and technical requirements.

Once a customized order is confirmed, changes or cancellation may not be possible.

4. Corporate & Bulk Orders

For corporate, event or bulk orders, customers are requested to confirm:

• Quantity
• Design
• Size
• Branding requirements
• Delivery date
• Packaging requirements

A partial or full advance payment may be required depending on the size and nature of the order.

5. Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after receiving confirmation from Glassy Greens.

For customized or high-value orders, we may contact the customer to verify order details before production.

6. Payment

Available payment methods and payment requirements will be communicated during the ordering process.

For customized, corporate or bulk orders, advance payment may be required before production begins.

7. Delivery

Delivery time may vary depending on:

• Weather and transportation conditions

Natural products such as Terrarium and live plants require careful handling during transportation. Therefore, minor movement of soil, moss, plants or decorative materials may occur during delivery.

8. Live Plants & Natural Materials

Our Terrariums and other living ecosystems contain natural materials and, in many cases, live plants.

The customer is responsible for following the care instructions provided by Glassy Greens after receiving the product.

Plant growth, color changes, leaf loss or other natural changes over time are not considered manufacturing defects.

9. Damage During Delivery

Customers are requested to inspect the product immediately after receiving it.

If a product arrives with significant damage, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos/videos of the package and product.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution according to the circumstances.

10. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation and refund eligibility may vary depending on the product.

For custom-made, personalized, corporate or bulk orders, cancellation may not be possible once production has started.

Any applicable refund will be processed according to the applicable order and refund policy of Glassy Greens.

11. Website Content

All photographs, product descriptions, graphics, logos, designs and other content published on the Glassy Greens website are the property of Glassy Greens or are used with appropriate permission.

No content may be copied, reproduced or commercially used without prior permission.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product information, prices and availability accurate. However, product availability, pricing or specifications may occasionally change without prior notice.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

Glassy Greens will not be responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
